Key Takeaways
- Adjusting the toes correctly restores movement in the joints. It isn't just pulling on them.
- Class IV laser therapy penetrates deeper than red light therapy.
- The laser helps increase blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, and support healing.
We all use our feet, and we tend to abuse them and not take care of them. In this video, Dr. Parsons explains how she treats foot pain.
Step One: Adjusting the Toes
Adjusting the toes isn't just pulling on them, Dr. Parsons explains. It's done correctly to make sure movement in those joints is restored.
Step Two: Class IV Laser Therapy
If more work is needed, the next step is laser therapy. This is a Class IV laser, not red light therapy, so it penetrates deeper into the tissues. Depending on the setting, it helps increase blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, and get the mitochondria to make enough energy to support healing. It isn't painful. At most, you might feel a tickle or a little warmth.
Don't Wait
Dr. Parsons recommends getting foot pain corrected now, before it turns into something bigger that costs you more suffering and probably more money.

Hey everyone, I'm talking to all of you who are having foot pain. I'm Dr. Mikell Suzanne Parsons, founder of the Natural Path Health Center. A while ago, I did a video about the importance of getting your toes properly adjusted. It's not just pulling on them; it's doing it correctly, to make sure that the movement in these joints is back and restored. Now, if we need to do more work (go ahead and turn over), the next step would be laser. This is a Class IV laser. It is not red light therapy. It is an actual laser, so it penetrates deeper into the tissues. When it goes into the tissues, depending on the setting, it's going to help increase blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, and get the mitochondria to make enough energy to support that healing. So for some of you, we may need to also add a simple laser treatment. This is not painful. If anything, it might tickle, or you might start to feel a little bit of warmth. But as we're doing this, we are providing the body the opportunity to start a deeper level of healing. We all use our feet, and we abuse our feet, and we tend not to take care of them. So if you're having any kind of pain, get it corrected now, before it turns into something bigger, which is going to cost you more suffering and probably more money. So if you're hurting at all, come in. Get your tootsies adjusted. Let's laser, because I want you to walk and hike and run and jump and dance and do all those fun things, and you need feet to do that. Hope to see you soon. Bye.
